Apple CEO Tim Cook on Monday (March 3, 2025) teased the potential launch of a new MacBook Air with a short video and a cryptic two-word-long comment promising more updates “this week.”
The short teaser video shared by the Apple CEO on X noted, “There’s something in the AIR,” which was taken to be a possible reference to a new MacBook Air laptop that could be powered by the improved M4 chip.
However, Cook did not confirm which device was set to be released, and some industry analysts have proposed that an all-new iPad Air or even an iPhone Air might be announced.
Apple recently announced an investment of $500 billion in the U.S over the next four years to “focus on artificial intelligence, silicon engineering, and skills development for students and workers across the country.”
