Vivo T4x 5G launched in India featuring MediaTek processor and 6,500 mAh battery for budget buyers

Vivo on Wednesday (March 5, 2025) launched the Vivo T4x 5G in India featuring MediaTek processor and a 6,500 mAh battery supported by a 44 W charger inside the box for the budget segment buyers. The Vivo T4x 5G is IP64 rated for splash and dust resistance.

The budget segment phone also has AI features like Live Text, Circle to Search, and AI Screen Translation.

Vivo T4x 5G features a 6.72 inch display with 1,050 nits high brightness mode, a 120 Hz refresh rate.

Vivo has used MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor with up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also gets up to 8 GB of virtual RAM.

The phone operates on FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box. The Chinese smartphone maker will give two years of Android updates and three years of security patches to T4x 5G.

The Vivo T4x 5G sports a 50 MP AI main camera with auto-focus that can record 4K videos. The camera also supports AI enhancements like AI Erase, AI Photo Enhance, AI Document Mode, and dedicated Night Mode. It is supported by a 2 MP depth camera. It has an 8 MP front lens for selfies.

The Vivo T4x 5G comes in Pronto Purple and Marine Blue, starting at ₹13,999 for the 6 GB/128 GB variant, and ₹14,999 for the 8 GB/12 8GB unit, and ₹16,999 for the 8 GB/256 GB model. It will go on sale starting March 12, on Flipkart, Vivo India e-store, and all partner retail stores.
