One of the cutting-edge gadgets on display at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this year will be Withings’ OMNIA smart mirror, which scans a user in order to offer a holistic picture of their health and metrics.
The user steps up on a specially designed base before the smart mirror, which measures their heart health, body/metabolic composition, and other metrics in order to provide an overall snapshot of their health.
Powered by AI, the tech also relies on other Withings wearables as well as a companion app to give users a health improvement score.
“OMNIA is ideal for anyone looking to take a proactive approach to their health. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, managing a chronic condition you’ve already identified, or striving to transition from managing illness to optimizing wellness, OMNIA provides valuable insights and support for every stage of your health journey,” said Withings on its website.
While users might be interested to know the price of the OMNIA smart mirror and its sales details, Withings has said the product is a concept that was developed for CES and is not available for sale in the U.S. yet.
Withings still offers other wearable health trackers on its website for sale.
That being said, a Withings app is expected to offer OMNIA features this year.
